For some time, this wonderful company has provided live-in care for a dear friend who has advanced dementia. They take first-rate care of her—and have worked to know who she is as an individual, with her own likes and dislikes. That takes the care to an even higher level.

These things are the most important thing a caregiver can do: 1). Communicate with family members regarding mental and physical status of the client. 2). Recognize and respond to the needs of the client in emergency situations. 3). Gain the trust of the client so that she/he is comfortable being cared for when totally incapacitated. Dear Caregivers.CARES INC, You are such a blessing! I am so grateful to have met you and so appreciate the compassionate care you provided my mother. As my sister and I grew weary trying to provide her care, it was such a comfort to have you step in so we could get some rest. You knew just how to make her comfortable, even when she was having difficulty communicating. Your honesty and integrity are clear, and we always felt 100% safe leaving her in your capable hands. My only regret is that we didn't get your Team involved in her care sooner. Thanks again Caregivers.CARES INC for everything you did for my mother.
Caregivers.CARES INC, I just want to thank you for your excellent care when I had surgery. You not only took care of me, but you also took care of my husband and dog. You truly went above and beyond the job you were hired to do. You did everything possible to make my recovery as comfortable as possible and were a joy to have your team in our home. We were sorry to see you go when I no longer needed care, and both shed a few tears as you drove off. Thank you again for your care and for making us feel so comfortable having you in our home.
